Is this you?
Are you searching the internet for a "Boot Camp" or gym or just lurking to check out the workouts, pictures and videos. Have you been running on the tread mill for years and you are too weak to do a pull up. How about 10 or 20? Are you training for some running event but you keep getting inexplicable overuse injuries like IT Band Syndrome or planter fasciitis? Do you watch the TVs in the gym behind the cover of your head phones and get your fitness advice from the latest issue of muscle and fiction? Do you go to classes when that do the same moves from the 70's? Are you training with your trainer from machine to machine who is too busy flexing in the mirror to check your form? Are you just bored with your workout? Has your "Routine" stopped you from making progress? How do you benchmark your workouts to find out if you actually ARE making progress? Is your membership so cheap that you don't want to give it up, even though you don't use it or hear from your gym management unless it is time to renew?
Who are we?
We don't have treadmills, we have rowing machines. Rowing machines don't get used at globo gym because it is too hard and require skilled instruction. We also run, hard and fast. Hard is good. And we provide instruction. We do pull ups. All the time, dead hang, kipping, reverse grip, L Pull Ups and more. Our ladies can do pull ups. It is a rite of passage at HyperFit USA. Everyone remembers the day they get their first pull up. We don't get overuse injuries because we vary the workout so much that nothing gets used too much and you always get results. There are no headphones or TVs in the gyms. If you are training hard enough, you can't keep the headphones on your head and your attention is on the movements so much you can't pay attention to much else. We change the routine so much and that there isn't a routine. There IS training. Music is background noise. Not a workout. If you are moving to the music, you are going too slowly. We move fast. There are no mirrors in our facility. Except in the bathroom where they should be. The trainers teach you skills that will help you succeed in classes and provide you with technique to help you move better. We benchmark. Everything. Every workout is scored, timed or measured. When you get measured again, you can compare your performance. We train for performance, everyday every workout. If you lift more weight faster, then you are in better condition. We train work capacity. If you can do more in less time, then everything else is moving in the right direction. Our memberships are training memberships. The price is based on your level of commitment. We teach skills and provide intensity that gets you results. Every time. The variable that determines success is YOU. YOU need to show up, learn the mechanics of the moves, be consistent and then add intensity until you reach your capacity.
Our results are specific, measureable and repeatable. Our training takes time. It takes a PERSONAL COMMITMENT to learn the skills, develop a base enough to do the training and integrity of purpose to stick with is when it is hard. The only question about success in our program is your willingness to work hard.
In order to start, you will schedule a private training appointment. We test and evaluate where you are now, see how you move and select the best course of training for you. It is your move now. Email us at info@hyperfitusa.com to schedule your initial complimentary training session.
You can stick with the same old same old or you can commit to being is the best shape of your life.
Choose.
