Imagine a scaled version of Fran with a 3:00 time cap, a 2:00 rest and a total of 5 rounds. 

Everyone earned a free pass to the pumpkin pie table today.

Team WODs are fun and challenging. Adding a little different warm up with medicine balls movement and a kettlebell floor press make the training a little adaptive.

Angie is deceptive. If someone has stong pull ups, the WOD goes by quickley. If a person struggles with pull ups, it becomes a death march.

Finding You Fire

Sometime we forget why we do what we do. We forget the reasons that are driving us forward to achieve better and better things. Losing sight of our goals or worse we never define them is like a boat on the sea without a rudder.

Ask your self a few questions. Why do you want to train hard? What do you want to achieve? When do you want to get what you want? What is the next step?

Once you have an idea of the direction you are going, make your daily effort consistent with you longer term goal. Everything is hard when you look at the totality of it. Every thing is easier when you look a small steps to get there.

Think about what you want and why you want it and pursue it one day at a time.
