Book of the Week

As much as it hurts me to recommend a book about Ohio State but this is a great book. There is a lot to learn from any successful program. What struck me is there is deep mindset application for both coaches and athletes.

This book was recommended to me by a friend who was successful football coach at St. Ed's in Cleveland. The core of mindset comes from Tim Kight of Focus 3. The mindset and team building training they offer is excellent.
