Membership – HyperFit USA isn’t like your normal gym. You don’t pay for access to a gym, you pay for training.
What we do:
Our program is centered on group training. The training is organized and led by professional coaches.
Our coaches are fulltime and skilled in teaching and in proper movement progressions. Expect to be pushed to move better.
Our staff is trained to scale workouts to meet the needs of each individual. Our coaching is active and persistent. Expect to get feedback.
Our staff has been trained to see and recognize movement errors and correct them. We expect you to listen and follow instructions – it is in your best interest.
Our staff is patient and consistent. We realize that people need help in learning and retaining good movement.
You pay for training and that is what we provide. If you are looking for a place to wander around and dabble with stuff, we are probably not a good fit for you.
The Training Process: Three Phases
Phase I: The intro. During the intro, you will get an opportunity to experience what we do and, more importantly, how we do it. The into takes about an hour. The intro helps us understand where you are coming from and if what we do matches what you are looking for. The intro is like your first shot of whisky: It is going to burn and you either like it or you don’t. Either way is okay with us. We will set up your intro to fit your schedule.
Phase II: The Sessions. The next step in the training process is to do your 10 session training package. First, we will start with basic expectations – we will teach you how to get the most out of your training sessions. We will teach you the fundamentals of barbells, Kettlebells and pull-ups. We will prepare you to enter our class structure. Once you have established the basic skills, we will have you participate in our classes. It may be as early as your 3rd session or we may have you do another set of sessions based on your skills. It depends on your performance. These sessions are also scheduled around your schedule. Expect to work with each one of our staff. We all need to know you and how you move.
Phase III: Training. The final and ongoing process is to attend classes regularly. We expect our people to join Beyond The Whiteboard to track their training because our training is performance based and your training must be measured in order to make effective progress. Keep a journal of your training and what you have accomplished. Set performance based goals. Consistency is the key to progress. You cannot make progress if you do not try.
Pricing Options
Intro Sessions Package: $350 - Each person who joins HyperFit USA must go through 10 personal training sessions. The sessions consist of skills and drills to help new people prepare to enter our main classes. We realize that high intensity dynamic movements require a skill and awareness the average fitness enthusiast does not possess. Each session is a half an hour in length and is $35. If you come from another CrossFit facility, we will give you an evaluation to see what you need.
Skills Based Personal Training: Many people who train with us need attention outside of class to develop their skills. We provide custom skills based training to help people learn movement. Each session is a half an hour in length and is $35.
Regular Class Training:
Gold - Unlimited Classes: $199
Silver – 12 Classes per Month $155
Military/LEO/Firefighter/First Responder – 15% Discount
Student Membership - 10% Discount on unlimited membership
The not-so-fine print: All Memberships are month-to-month; cancellations are subject to 14 day written notification in person. All people have to do to stop training is come in and fill out our cancellation form. You join in person and you can quit in person. All payments are non-refundable.
