SKILLS:
- Back Squat
- Front Squat
WOD:
- Back Squat – 3 Reps x 5 Sets (Heavy)
- Front Squat – 3 Reps x 5 Sets (Heavy)

- Tabata
- Box Jump
- Ball Slam
- Push Press
WARM DOWN:
